well had arm ache for long time started over 12 month ago now but the last couple months i cant grip anything and my fingers ache and my wrists.
had leg ache as when i stand up its like ah but aches when i walk my feet yesterday 10/6/2010
got up and my heel was so painfull could not walk on it today still the same
had a couple sore throats but today 11/06/2010 i cant swallow and hurts to talk.

now 17th june feet only little sore wrists aching and 2 days sore throat cant swallow without it hurting

been about throat
feet not to bad today but i am struggling with arms today very painfull today

throat been ok for a while now
Hands keep coming and going friday could not move at all but yesterday fine and today hurting,
My feet very sore to walk on in the mornings and when sat down for while,
go back to pysio tuesday and doctors wed
